Let’s go to camp! For over 120 years Salvation Army Fresh Air Camps have surrounded children, adults, and seniors with a loving community, helping them to develop as individuals. The exhibit Faith. Growth. Healing. The Salvation Army Camp Experience traces the history of Salvation Army camp programs and provides insight into the camp experience through this immersive exhibit. Sit next to the camp fire, learn about birds, place a flag on the map to show which camps you attended, listen as Camp Counselor Courtney goes through the day’s camp schedule, or watch a documentary on the history of the Salvation Army camp program. There’s something for everyone in this exhibit that brings the camp experience to THQ.
